Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days from the delivery date, in compliance with EU consumer protection laws.

Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.

Exclusions: Personalized, intimate, or clearance items are non-returnable.

Refunds: Once inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
